We require a credit card at the time of booking as security against incidentals and/or damages.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Arrival and Departure:
Check in Time: 2:00 pm
Check Out Time: 10:00 am (Charges may apply after this time).
Please note that check in times are from 2pm - 9pm 7 days a week. If outside of those hours, please contact us directly, and we will endeavour to facilitate your request
No Party Policy:
We have a strict “No Party Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.
No Pet Policy:
We have a strict “No Pet Policy” to ensure all our guests have a pleasant stay with us. The management reserve the right to refuse accommodation at their discretion we also reserve the right to have you removed from the premises with no refunds.
Smoking in the Apartment or on the property is not permitted
We reserve the right to charge a $750 fee for extra cleaning.
This includes cleaning, dry cleaning, airing out the room, carpet cleaning and 1 or 2 nights of non selling the room.
Loss or Damage and Guest Obligations:
We reserve the right to charge our guests for any loss or damage to the property and its contents resulting from my occupation.
Guests will not make any claim against the owner for any damage or loss to my goods or valuables (or those of any third party occupying the property) during the occupation of the property.
We reserve the right to charge a $30.00 fee on the Departure Date in the event of property keys being lost or not returned.
Guests are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy state. We reserve the right to charge cleaning fees if the property is not left in a clean and tidy condition

Security of your personal information:
Any personal information that we collect about customers including email addresses will be kept in our database. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold is protected against misuse, disclosure and unauthorised access, including restricting access of personal information only to employees who require it in order to fulfill our obligations to you.
We will not disclose any personal information to third parties outside our company or our direct contractors, without your written authority (except to the individual to whom the personal information relates) unless we are required by law or it is otherwise necessary.
In addition, we will comply with all legislation, principles, industry codes and policies by which we are bound (including without limitation the Privacy act 1988).

PAYMENT POLICY
Any incidentals incurred during your stay must be settled prior to departure.
Full payment is due on arrival
We accept Credit Card, Cash or Debit Card (EFTPOS)
Important information
Please note that there is a 1.4% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.
Please note that there is a 1.4% non-refundable charge when you pay with an American Express or Diners Club credit card.
